Welcome back everyone

We hope everyone enjoyed the term break. The students arrived looking refreshed and relaxed for another fabulous term.

Whole school Anzac Day Commemoration

Our school captains and vice captains led the commemoration today. They are outstanding role models for our students.

On Sunday, Ruby and Archer represented Beaumaris PS at the community Anzac Day Commemoration at the Community Centre. During the service Ruby and Archer laid a wreath on behalf of our school community along with other members of various community groups. We thank them for their attendance.

Update on the new building

Currently painting is underway. The asphalt area is being prepared and new asphalt will be laid in the coming weeks. Construction of the deck, steps and ramps is underway on the Emily St side, west side and north side of the building.

Each year we look forward to a visit by grandparents and special friends on the first day of Education Week. The students will enjoy sharing their learning with their visitors. To conclude the morning a beautiful morning tea will be provided by Parent Club in the hall.

Thank you for your support
Easter Raffle and Bunnings BBQ Fundraisers.

Both events were a huge success thanks to the fabulous support from the parent community.

School Council has approved the funds to be allocated to the purchase of additional technology and robotics resources and take home books for the students.

Our home book collection is in heavy use and many texts need replacing due to significant wear and tear. Replacement leveled texts are expensive as each costs approximately $10.00.

We encourage parents to ensure the texts are well looked after by the children to increase their longevity.

We completely understand take home texts can be mislaid. We encourage families to return any texts discovered at home.

Gratitude and Mindfulness

What are three things that went well for you today?

What are the best things that happened to you today?

Who are you most grateful for and why?

What are you looking forward to most about tomorrow?
