Dear Parents,

This term we are pleased to provide you with the opportunity to book a 15 minute meeting for your child’s Student Led Conference. Student Led Conferences are an important part of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and provide an excellent opportunity for parents, students and teachers to reflect on student progress – please see the following page for more information.

Three time slots are being offered (3.45pm, 4.00pm and 4.15pm) on the following dates:

Tuesday 22 August
Wednesday 23 August
Tuesday 29 August
Wednesday 30 August

You are also invited to book an appointment with one of your child’s Specialist teachers where your child will show you their specialist work space and a chosen piece of equipment or completed work – the Specialist Teacher will also be available to answer any questions.

To book your child’s Student Led Conference:

Go to www.schoolinterviews.com.au/code and enter code: yppwz
Enter your details
Select the teachers you wish to see - Classroom Teacher (Box 1) and a Specialist Teacher (Box 2)
Select the appointment time that suits you according to the teacher’s availability
If you do NOT receive a confirmation email immediately, check your junk mail folder and make sure that your email address has been entered correctly
Return to the booking site at any time (before bookings close) to change your meeting/s

Please note the following:

Three conferences may be operating simultaneously in your child’s classroom.
Bookings will close at 1.30pm the day before the first conference of each week (to allow students and teachers to prepare) and will reopen after the last conference in the first week (Wednesday 23 August, 4.30pm).
Appointments should NOT be booked back-to-back (if you have more than one child attending BNPS).
We encourage you to make alternative arrangements for siblings in order to maximise your allotted meeting time.
Please arrive a few minutes before your meeting time and wait with your child outside your child’s classroom/specialist area - there is NO need to sign in via Kiosk on this occasion.
